Initial Proposal:

NHS Brent and NHS Harrow aim to complement current active travel initiatives by giving staff the opportunity to participate in a six month Fitbug programme. This would be a tailored programme for NHS Harrow and Brent.The programme would also fit with the NHS 2012 Challenge by encouraging NHS Brent and Harrow staff to engage in physical activity and active travel using the 2012 games as inspiration. We will offer Olympic merchandise as prizes e.g. Official 2012 Sports bags.
