To reduce travel to Darent Valley Hospital by car: increasing the number of staff car sharing, providing a minibus service for staff pick ups, and providing a salary sacrifice scheme for season tickets and bicycle purchase. Further initiatives may be added following final consultation of full Sustainable Travel Plan and agreement by Trust Board.
