Making the staff feel empowered to do something about their environment

£25,000 saved for each 1% reduced (Estimated)

200 Tonnes saved for each 1% reduced

We used emails, posters and the company news letter to make everyone aware of the amount of power used and how they could reduce it. We also ran a competition for the best idea on how we could reduce our consumption of power. With prises of energy efficient light bulbs and thermal mugs (which were donated by suppliers) to everyone who participated, and the star prise was an Energy centre for monitoring electricity in the home
