Reduction in fuel consumption, less wear and tear and fewer accidents

Hampshire Partnership NHS Trust is the first NHS trust to join the 'Smarter Driving Initiative'. Staff that transport service users, use trust owned vehicles, community staff or high mileage drivers are trained by instructors to drive more fuel efficiently and safely. It could reduce fuel consumption by 15%.
