Less people travelling to work by car - Staff felt more secure about bringing their bicycles to work.
Project involved in stalling a new toast rack style rack for storing 10 bicycles. By providing safe and secure facilities it was hoped that more members of staff would consider cycling to and from work. The new cycle shed is covered by a Perspex shelter, and the CCTV coverage for the grounds has been altered to include the new bike shed area.
Staff are made aware of the facility at induction and refresher training sessions
