Replacement of plant reaching the end of its useful life

Replacement of the existing main steam boiler house installing modern high efficiency steam boilers with a 1.0MWe Combined Heat and Power unit sized to match the main site electrical and thermal base loads. The design solution maximises usage of both high and low grade heat from the CHP unit to pre-heat feed water and to support steam production though a combination waste heat and dual fuel boiler.
