Installation of a Combined Heat and Power Unit

A major project which the estates team is involved in is the installation of a new combined heat and power (CHP) unit in the hospital’s main boiler room. This should be running by the end of the year and will reduce the Trust’s annual carbon footprint by reducing our CO2 emissions by 3,000 tonnes.
